The simplest way to get an accurate quote is to already have sourced a quote from a local printer with all your specifications listed so that we have clear instructions as to your requirements.  However, this is not essential, but can be a useful tool for you.

Once we have established exact specifications from you for your printing job along will production deadlines, we will provide you with the most competitive quotation with savings of up to 30% from the most suitable printing facility from our partnered network.

Once a quote has been approved we will provide you with a formal order contract outlining full  printing job specifications, any special instructions and all delivery details.

At the same time as the formal order contract we will provide you with a production schedule which will give clear timelines as to each stage of the production process keeping you fully informed every step of the way.

Under normal circumstances, press proofs (completed products) will be delivered to you within 7-10 days from order placement.  One of our experienced team will be available to help you proof the copies (if required).  The complete print production of your job will only proceed when you are completely satisfied with the press proofs and have given us final approval instructions.

Five samples of the final print run will be air-freighted to you prior to packing and shipment.

Payments for all printing, unless otherwise pre-arranged, are required in three stages:

1. 30% - 50% is required upon order placement and formal order contract. (percentage is determined on a job-by-job basis)

2. 25% to be paid upon receipt of samples of the final print run prior to the goods being packed and shipped to Australia.

3.  Balance to be paid following customs clearance but prior to local delivery.

You can rest assured that all our printing facilities are very experienced with preparing shipments for long distance travel and provide professional quality packaging.  With goods traveling such long distances it is essential that quality packaging is used and that the process of packaging is one that provides compete protection of the goods during transportation.

Behind the scenes there is the logistical side to your printing and shipment schedule that we, at Real Print Solutions, are constantly monitoring and managing on a day-to-day basis on your behalf, ensuring that all timelines are being met.  We use reputable shipping and transportation companies and handle all paperwork required for shipment, insurance, importation and customs clearance.

There are considerable cost saving benefits of ordering larger quantities of printing from overseas than perhaps the quantities you would order from a local printer, but sometimes the problem of storage would hold you back from making a decision to print a larger run.  We offer storage facilities Australia wide for your goods if you don’t have the facilities to store the whole order and shipment.
